The Blarney Stone

I am looking for my pot of gold.
I have found things both new and old.
Under the rainbow I do not know.
The pot of gold I found not high or low.

I know the gold it should be found.
The gold I need should be underground.
I have searched and searched to no avail.
For the gold on which I put the spell.

Time is short my life is long.
To get some gold I sing this song.
In the sky I see there on high.
Under the colorful bow the gold I spy.

St. Paddy's Day has come and gone.
Now with joy I can Sing this song.
In my hands I hold my pot.
The gold is now mine, for so long I sought.
